Looks like a big pile of meh, welcome to 2009. Atleast we're back in the present... or "near future" I like the # of maps they claim for online, but until they show some destructable environment leaks and cut way WAY back on the multiplayer vehicles/perks I don't see it being any different from MW2 or BO really.
Same game, different chapter. Meh. I'll rent it and at least give it a look but no way will I spend the $60 on it to purchase, these games are getting more and more meh by the second.
environmental dammage, enough with the rooskies, hell make it fighting south american drug cartels. But from the current screen shots/ plot stuff that Kotaku has put out its the same ol same ol. I was hoping for what CoD 4 did to FPS both online and in campaign. Make an impact. Guess IW was all they had and with them out its just polish up the same turn over and over again and $$$
Battlefield is where the innovation is at. It is already a lot smoother of a multiplayer. COD multiplayer just feels generic to me after playing Battlefield Bad Company 2. Can't wait for Battlefield 3.
see i feel the exact opposite, i liked battle field bc2 but online felt so unrealistic and choppy. If mw ever adapts environmental damage then it'll be perfect imo. I will buy mw3 and enjoy it as much as the last 2 modern warfares.
HURRAYY!!!! J/K, graphics look decent (good 4 years ago) and hopefully campaign might be some kind of a draw with all the populous cities the trailer alone stops in. Opens itself up to alot of movie and other game easter eggs. How many can you sopt in the trailer alone? Money Train, Matrix The Rock Ronin(?) All jumped out blatantly for me. But i still feel like its just gunna be MW2.3
Music from Inception and the building crashing in half like in Transformers 3. Flooded subway tunnel from I am Legend. Bomb on train from V for Vendetta.
