20 mins mod on an elip
leg press 108kg 4x15 calf press 90kg 4x15 frog leg press (I don't even know what to call this, but I touch my heels and point my toes away from each other) 81kg 4x15 heel press 90kg 4x15 standing calf press I don't know the weight, but it was a full stack and it felt like nothing.
